Ugnay Solutions in Taguig (McKinley) is seeking a Consumer Banking Relationship Agent for an international voice role. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve account inquiries, and build strong relationships with customers, working a fixed night shift onsite.

You will be working with a global leader in IT and business consulting services, supporting an international consumer banking voice account. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and building strong relationships over the phone.

Benefits and Compensation

• Full-time role
• Monthly salary of PHP 18,000 (6 months experience), PHP 20,000 to 21,000 (1 to 2 years), or PHP 22,000 to 23,000 (2 to 3 years)
• Joining bonus equivalent to one month’s basic salary
• PHP 3,200 monthly allowance
