Ugnay Solutions in Taguig (McKinley) is seeking a Consumer Banking Relationship Agent for an international voice role. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve account inquiries, and build strong relationships with customers, working a fixed night shift onsite.

Open to graduates, undergraduates, or career shifters with at least 6 months of voice or customer service experience, preferably with international accounts. This full-time role offers a joining bonus and a monthly allowance.

• Stable work history, with at least 1 year of tenure per company.
• Excellent conversational communication skills.
