Metacom Careers is seeking an International Online Banking Voice Customer Service Representative to assist customers with banking inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide professional support while maintaining service quality standards.

You will handle voice calls, assist with online banking, document interactions, and meet quality targets in an on-site environment with shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) is required.
• At least 6 months BPO experience.
• Customer Service experience required.
• International Voice Account experience preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Amenable to a shifting schedule.
