Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries, concerns, and service requests

• Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring clarity and comprehension
• Process customer transactions, including bookings, cancellations, and billing inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to supervisors when necessary
• Follow established call centre protocols, scripts, and procedures to maintain service quality standards
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products or services based on customer needs
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling times, customer satisfaction ratings, and attendance requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
• At least 9 months medical/healthcare billing experience
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications

• Reliable attendance record and commitment to meeting performance metrics
