TalentSync Training and Development in Makati City is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team. This full-time role delivers frontline support to our diverse client base, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, meet performance targets, participate in training, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention by providing accurate information and timely solutions.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call centre.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and basic software applications.

Mansioni

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional manner and respond to inquiries.
• Provide product and service information to customers with clarity.
• Process bookings, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Follow call centre scripts and maintain service quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain positive attitude and collaborate with teammates.
