Job summary

Bakingo is seeking a customer service representative in the Philippines to join our team in Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental. You will respond to customer inquiries by phone and chat, provide accurate product information, and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction.

You will document interactions in our system, collaborate with other departments, and work toward individual and team performance targets, including efficiency and customer satisfaction metrics. Training is provided.
