Job summary

NORDE INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTORS is seeking a Customer Care and Sales Admin Assistant in Metro Manila to analyze operations and propose improvements for customer satisfaction. You will support order inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with Field Service Engineers for on-site concerns.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing and at least 6 months in customer service, case management, or project management; proficiency in Word, Excel, Visio, and MS Project is

• Graduate of any Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related course.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, case management, and project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer issues to develop tools and processes to increase customer satisfaction.
• Answer all customer inquiries and address orders.
• Provide information and assistance to resolve customer concerns.
• Coordinate deployment of Field Service Engineer to attend on-site concerns.
• Ensure cases are updated and documented regularly in the system.
• Send troubleshooting summaries and photos of defective parts to principal for parts claims.
• Provide quick assistance to customers during incidents and seek help from FSE as needed.

A Customer Care and Sales Admin Assistant analyzes a customer service department’s operation and provides recommendations on ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction levels.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze customer issues to develop tools and processes to increase customer satisfaction.
• Answering all customer inquiries and addressing orders
• Giving information and assistance to solve customer concerns
• Ensuring proper and timely deployment of the assigned Field Service Engineer (FSE) to attend to the on-site client concern.
• Ensuring and confirming that cases are properly updated and documented regularly in the system
• Sending a summary of the troubleshooting report and picture of defective parts to our principal for claiming spare parts and defective consumables
• Providing quick assistance to the customers when an incident occurs and/or seeking assistance from the Field Service Engineer if needed

Preferred Education, Skills & Experience

• Graduate of any Engineering Course / Business / Marketing or any related course.
• With at least 6 months of experience in customer service, case management & project management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, Visio & MS Project.
