• Process appointment requests, cancellations and rescheduling through appropriate systems
• Document all interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of patient communications
• Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry and information verification
• Answer occasional inbound calls when required, providing the same level of professional support
• Collaborate with other departments to elevate complex issues and ensure appropriate follow‑up
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and data protection policies
