Process appointment requests, cancellations and rescheduling through appropriate systems
Document all interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of patient communications
Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry and information verification
Answer occasional inbound calls when required, providing the same level of professional support
Collaborate with other departments to elevate complex issues and ensure appropriate follow‑up
