Answer inbound calls from patients and callers in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about medical services, appointments and facility details
Schedule and manage patient appointments using our booking system
Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel as required
Take and relay messages with precision and accuracy
Handle patient inquiries regarding billing, insurance and administrative matters
Maintain detailed and accurate call logs and documentation
Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalated complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Comply with all confidentiality and data protection regulations, particularly regarding patient information
Contribute to maintaining call centre quality standards and performance metrics
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally
Strong listening skills and empathy when dealing with patients and callers
Proficiency in using computer systems and call centre technology
Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls effectively
Organisational skills with attention to detail in documenting information
Patience and composure when handling difficult or demanding situations
Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to meeting performance targets
Familiarity with healthcare terminology or medical environment is advantageous
