Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Coding knowledge regardless language.
• Systematic problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large CRM datasets to identify customer behaviors, lifecycles, attrition risks, and revenue opportunities.
• Develop data-driven campaign strategies with marketing, sales, and service teams.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards to track campaign performance, engagement, and revenue attribution.
• Perform segmentation and predictive modeling to enable hyper-targeted, personalized communications.
• Lead data quality initiatives: audit, clean, deduplicate, and enrich CRM data.
