Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Senior CRM Analyst to lead analytics-driven CRM initiatives that boost customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth across marketing, sales, and IT teams.

You will develop and optimize CRM strategies, perform data analysis, create customer segments, measure campaign performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and effective automation across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in analytical role.
• Experience working with online products.
• Coding knowledge in any programming language.
• Systematic problem solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimize CRM strategies to enhance acquisition, cross-sell, engagement and loyalty.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for improved marketing and sales strategies.
• Create customer segments based on behavioral, demographic and transactional data to improve personalization and campaign performance.
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, risk and IT teams to ensure CRM integration across platforms and channels.
• Maintain and enhance CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and usability for all stakeholders.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within the CRM system to improve efficiency.
• Develop insights into customer journeys and lifecycle marketing to improve user experience and retention.
• Ensure CRM activities align with data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
