Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a data-driven CRM Analyst to transform customer data into actionable insights that optimize engagement, loyalty, and revenue. You will analyze large CRM datasets, support campaign strategy with cross-functional teams, and build dashboards to measure performance and attribution, promoting data quality and targeted communications.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in data analytics.
Coding knowledge in any programming language.

Responsibilities

Analyze large CRM datasets to identify customer behaviors and revenue opportunities.
Support campaign strategy with marketing, sales, and service teams.
Define KPIs and build dashboards to track campaign performance and attribution.
Conduct segmentation and predictive modeling for hyper-targeted communications.
Audit, clean, and enrich CRM data to improve analytical outputs.
Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize customer journeys.
Prepare post-campaign analyses with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM capabilities.
