Indra Philippines, Inc. seeks a CRM DevOps Engineer to support Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure deployments while working with Development and Operations teams on releases, configurations, and day-to-day platform operations.

The role emphasizes automation of release pipelines, environment maintenance, and continuous improvement of DevOps processes to ensure reliable CRM services and scalable deployments across environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Development and Operations processes, with good knowledge of DevOps and Agile principles.
Experience in System Administration or SaaS application support.
Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure Services.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Source Code Management, and/or CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of relational databases.
Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, and SSL.
Good understanding of n-tier web applications.
Experience supporting or developing banking/financial applications or systems is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Manage release pipelines, code releases, deployments, and product updates across CRM projects.
Automate and continuously improve deployment and release processes.
Set up required tools, environments, and infrastructure based on project requirements.
Review, verify, and validate software packages prior to deployment.
Help define and improve development, testing, release, update, and support processes.
Monitor and maintain Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure environments to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.
Perform platform housekeeping, configuration changes, and environment maintenance.
Manage CRM license requests, approvals, tracking, and environment inventory.
Provide technical support for enhancements, production issues, incidents, problems, and non-production updates.
Generate reports and provide insights on platform usage, performance, and operational data.
Coordinate and facilitate request tickets related to CRM projects, initiatives, and service requests.
Support project execution by providing required technical artifacts and deliverables in accordance with IT SDLC and governance standards.
Participate in technical training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous learning on new technologies and methodologies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM DevOps processes and operations.
