Job summary
Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a CRM DevOps Engineer to collaborate with Developers to deploy code changes and with Operations Engineers to manage CRM Platforms (D365, Power Platform and Azure).
You will own release pipelines, automate deployments, and optimize the delivery process while supporting production and nonproduction updates. Strong focus on CRM platforms, monitoring, and governance will be essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- Proven experience in DevOps for CRM platforms.
- Strong automation and release management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manages the release pipeline for all projects and changes.
- Handles code releases, deployments, and management of product updates.
- Sets up tools and required infrastructure based on delivery requirements.
- Automates the deployment process and continuously improves it.
- Reviews and validates software packages for deployment.
- Defines development, test, release, update, and support processes.
- Monitors CRM platforms (D365, Power Platform, Azure) and performs housekeeping.
- Provides support for production and nonproduction updates and incidents.
