Job summary

Sidglobal is seeking a CRM Platform Administrator to manage D365, Power Platform, and Azure environments. The role covers licenses, configurations, and integrations, ensuring data flows correctly and reports are generated for performance insights.

The candidate will support production and non-production events, maintain CRM environments, and participate in IT SDLC governance. Bank/financial domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure Services.
• Experience as a System Administrator of SaaS applications.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL.
• Experience with .NET web applications.
• Experience with banking/financial applications/systems.

The CRM Platform Admin is responsible for managing and maintaining the CRM Platform (D365, Power Platform, and Azure)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures that the CRM platform is running smoothly and efficiently
  
• Monitors D365, Power Platform, and Azure dashboards to ensure that usage and consumptions are within limits by regularly and proactively performing housekeeping activities
  
• Manages the assignment and removal of licenses to CRM users
  
• Makes configuration on changes on CRM platform to meet the IT and business requirements
  
• Sets up new entities, fields, and workflows
  
• Performs configuration changes to integrate D365 with other systems
  
• Ensures that data is flowing correctly and integrations are working as expected
  
• Generates reports that provide insights into the organization’s data and performance
  
• Provides admin support to product on issues, incidents, and problems
  
• Provides admin support to non-production events
  
• Maintains the CRM environments
  
• Provisions the necessary CRM environments and tools needed by the build teams
  
• Facilitates the filing of request tickets related to CRM projects, initiatives, and SRs to the appropriate ITG units
