Job summary

The HIRD- Philippines seeks a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, customize, and support Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. The role focuses on customization, integrations, development, troubleshooting, and deployment across environments.

You will work on Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, Dataverse, and REST API integrations, collaborating with analysts, product owners, and architects to deliver scalable solutions while adhering to standards and deployment practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
• Hands-on experience developing and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and APIs/integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement solutions.
• Configure Dynamics 365 using native capabilities while minimizing unnecessary custom development.
• Translate requirements into reliable Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Create and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, and security roles.
• Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications.
• Support data migration, transformation, validation, and quality activities.
• Participate in full SDLC including deployment and production support.
• Troubleshoot integration and data-related issues.
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and deployment processes.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture and security standards.
