Job summary

SID Global Solutions in Manila is seeking a CRM DevOps Engineer to collaborate with Developers and Operations Engineers to deploy and manage CRM platforms such as D365, Power Platform and Azure.

You will own release pipelines, automate deployments, configure infrastructure, review packages for deployment, and support CRM projects end-to-end while staying aligned with IT SDLC and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing release pipelines for CRM projects.
• Ability to automate deployment processes and improve them.
• Capability to review, verify, and validate software packages for deployment.
• Knowledge of ITSDLC and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• The CRM DevOps Engineer will work with Developers to deploy and manage code changes.
• Work with Operations Engineers on managing and maintaining CRM Platforms (D365, Power Platform and Azure).
• Manages the release pipeline for all projects and changes.
• Handles code releases, deployments, and management of product updates.
• Sets up tools and required infrastructure based on delivery/project requirements.
• Automates the deployment process and continuously improves on it.
• Helps define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.
• Ensures CRM Platform is running smoothly and efficiently.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related/relevant fields
