Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead Dynamics 365 / Power Platform initiatives in Metro Manila. You will plan and drive architecture, collaborate with stakeholders, and shape enterprise solutions end-to-end.

The role requires hands-on Azure experience, strong coding skills, and a track record of CRM transformations; you will guide teams while contributing technically as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Hands-on Azure experience with Logic Apps, Function Apps, and App Registration.
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale enterprise projects, preferably CRM transformation.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, .NET/C#, React.js, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Strong API integration and management skills.
• Experience with integration patterns, OOD, TDD, DevOps, and modernization.
• Experience designing or governing complex enterprise architectures and integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with C-level executives.
• Experience supporting or developing banking/financial applications is preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Azure Solution Architect Expert certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning, coordination, and execution of software releases, enhancements, and fixes.
• Lead technical solution design and implementation for Dynamics 365 / Power Platform initiatives.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and architecture.
• Act as a Technical Design Authority and guide development teams.
• Identify and resolve risks, blockers, dependencies, and technical debt.
• Drive adherence to SDLC, implementation, integration, and monitoring standards.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture, modernization, and automation initiatives.
• Work with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Get hands-on with technical implementation and automation when needed.
