Job summary

IT Managers Inc. in Makati, Philippines is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage release pipelines, deployments, and product updates across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure environments.

You will set up and maintain DevOps tools and CI/CD processes, monitor performance, and support SDLC governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in DevOps, a strong foundation in system administration, and a degree in CS or IT.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in DevOps.
• Strong understanding of development, operations, DevOps, and Agile practices.
• Experience in System Administration or SaaS application support.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure Services.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, source code management, and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of relational databases and n-tier web applications.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, and other network protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience supporting banking or financial applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage release pipelines, code releases, deployments, and product updates
• Set up and maintain DevOps tools, infrastructure, and environments
• Automate and continuously improve deployment and CI/CD processes
• Support Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure environments
• Monitor system performance, usage, and Azure/CRM dashboards
• Handle configurations, incidents, production issues, enhancements, and support requests
• Maintain CRM environments, licenses, and related documentation
• Ensure deployment packages are reviewed, validated, and ready for release
• Support SDLC, governance, project requirements, and technical documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement, technical training, and knowledge-sharing activities
