Job summary
Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to support the CRM platform across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure environments. This onsite role is based in Ortigas / Makati with dayshift schedule.
You will administer SaaS CRM applications, manage licenses, create entities and workflows, monitor dashboards, and ensure data and integrations flow smoothly while providing production and non-production support.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of DevOps experience.
- Experience with Dynamics 365.
- Experience administering SaaS applications.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL.
- Knowledge of n-tier web applications.
- Experience with bank/financial applications.
Responsibilities
- Ensure CRM platform runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor D365, Power Platform and Azure dashboards.
- Manage licenses for CRM users.
- Configure CRM: entities, fields, workflows.
- Integrate D365 with other systems.
- Ensure data and integrations flow correctly.
- Provide admin support for production incidents.
- Maintain CRM environments and provisioning.
- Support IT SDLC governance and ticketing.
- Participate in training and knowledge sharing.
