Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to support the CRM platform across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure environments. This onsite role is based in Ortigas / Makati with dayshift schedule.

You will administer SaaS CRM applications, manage licenses, create entities and workflows, monitor dashboards, and ensure data and integrations flow smoothly while providing production and non-production support.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of DevOps experience.
• Experience with Dynamics 365.

• Experience with Azure DevOps.

DevOps Engineer - D365

Work Setup: Full Onsite

JOB SUMMARY

The DevOps D365 role is responsible for ensuring that the CRM platform is running smoothly and efficiently, supporting Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure environments, as well as providing administration and operational support for CRM applications and environments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that the CRM platform is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitors D365, Power Platform, and Azure dashboards to ensure that usage and consumption are within limits by regularly and proactively performing housekeeping activities.
• Manages the assignment and removal of licenses to CRM users.
• Makes configuration changes on CRM platform to meet the IT and business requirements.
• Sets up new entities, fields, and workflows.
• Performs configuration changes to integrate D365 with other systems.
• Ensures that data is flowing correctly and integrations are working as expected.
• Generates reports that provide insights into the organization’s data and performance.
• Provides admin support to production issues, incidents, and problems.
• Provides admin support to non-production events.
• Maintains the CRM environments.
• Provisions the necessary CRM environments and tools needed by the build teams.
• Facilitates the filing of request tickets related to CRM projects, initiatives, and SRs to the appropriate ITG units.
• Supports the project execution by providing expected artifacts and output as prescribed by the IT SDLC and Governance structure.
• Participates in technical training programs, collaborations and knowledge sharing sessions and self-paced learning. Stays informed of new methodologies, approaches, and technologies.
• Participates in the continuous improvement process to ensure that CRM CoE runs effectively and efficiently.

KNOWLEDGE AREA

• Experience and knowledge on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and/or Azure Services.
• Experience in working as a System Administrator of SaaS applications.
• Experience/knowledge in using Azure DevOps or other Source Code Management and/or Continuous Integration and Delivery tools.
• Experience in relational database.
• Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, etc.).
• Good knowledge on n-tier web applications.
• Experience in the development/support of bank/financial applications/systems.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
