Job summary

FEU is seeking a data analytics specialist to drive CRM-driven decision making, optimize customer engagement, and support revenue growth through actionable insights and data quality improvements.

You will analyze large CRM datasets, develop data-driven campaign strategies, build KPI dashboards, perform segmentation, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT to enhance CRM capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome or 1 year in data analytics.
• Coding knowledge in any language.
• Systematic problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets from CRM platforms to identify customer behaviors, lifecycle stages, attrition risks, and revenue opportunities.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and service teams to develop data-driven campaign strategies focused on acquisition, retention, upselling, and win-back efforts.
• Define KPIs for CRM initiatives and build dynamic dashboards to track campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and revenue attribution.
• Conduct in-depth customer segmentation and predictive modeling to enable hyper-targeted, personalized communications.
• Lead initiatives to audit, clean, deduplicate, and enrich CRM data, ensuring analytical outputs are based on accurate and complete information.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to validate campaign hypotheses, continuously optimizing customer journeys based on empirical findings.
• Create comprehensive post-campaign analysis reports with actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns and customer experiences.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing operations, digital teams, and IT to enhance CRM capabilities, integrate new data sources, and support technology-driven improvements.
