Job summary

• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, crew engagement, counseling, or a similar role in the maritime
• With strong conflict resolution and communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel overseas.
