Trans-Global Maritime Agency is seeking an Admin Officer for an on-site role in Makati. The candidate will secure legal clearances, process permits, and ensure compliance with national and international maritime regulations, coordinating with MARINA and related agencies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of crewing coordination experience, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to liaise with officials and seafarers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience crewing coordination or liaison work.
• Deep understanding of domestic shipping, maritime laws, and flag-state/international regulations (MARINA, STCW, MLC).
• High attention to detail, capable of tracking multiple expiration dates, and managing heavy document loads under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate and coordinate with diverse groups.

Aufgaben

• Ensure smooth vessel operations and crew deployments by securing legal clearances, processing permits, and maintaining compliance with maritime regulations.
• Liaise with maritime and labor regulatory bodies (e.g., MARINA, Department of Migrant Workers/Overseas Employment Administrations, and Bureau of Immigration).
• Ensure all ship and crewing documents align with international maritime standards (STCW, MLC, Flag State rules).
• Process and monitor employment contracts, deployment clearances (e.g., OEC), and visas for seafarers.
• Track expiration dates of crucial documents and coordinate with crew managers or seafarers for timely renewals.
• Resolve disputes, delays, or issues arising from clearance processes or documentation.
