Job Description

• Sourcing & Pooling: Proactively sourcing qualified seafarers (officers and ratings) based on Principals requirements.
• Screening & Documentation: Checking the authenticity of licenses, certificates, and records, and ensuring completion of pre‑employment medical examinations.
• Compliance: Ensuring all recruitment adheres to Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) / Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) rules and international standards like the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC).
• Relationship Management: Coordinating with crew managers, training centers, and seafarers to ensure timely deployment.
