Job summary

At least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, crew engagement, counseling, or a similar role in the maritime
With strong conflict resolution and communication skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Willing to travel overseas.

Responsibilities

Acts as a liaison between seafarers and office management, helping resolve labor complaints, workplace conflicts, and contract issues quickly.
Monitors the welfare of seafarers' families, offering communication assistance, family travel arrangements, and support during emergencies.
Assist in the development and implementation of crew welfare programs.
Support the Crew Welfare Manager in various administrative tasks.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure the well-being of crew members.
Provide support in organizing crew events and activities.
Collect feedback from crew members to improve welfare initiatives.
