CREWING OFFICER

They shall provide assistance in ensuring the smooth operational performance of the Crewing Department including but not limited to providing timely and competency-based recruitment, planning, mobilization, and training of crew members. This position involves coordinating crew assignments, verifying document validity, monitoring crew status, and assisting crew members with documentary requirements.

MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime studies is a must
• Proven work experience for at least two (2) years as Crewing Officer or a Management Level onboard
• Sea service must be within the last five (5) years

COMPETENCIES

• Strong understanding of crew management principles and best practices
• Strong knowledge of relevant maritime regulations and industry standards
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in using crew management software and in conducting competency-based crew interviews and assessments
