Job summary

Medtronic in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Credit Services leader to guide AI-enabled workloads, blending customer engagement, governance, debt collection, and process improvement to achieve service levels, cash-flow, and customer-experience objectives.

You will lead a small team, require 3–5 years in credit/collections or finance, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GPT-based solutions, and Stuut.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in credit, collections, or finance.
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership or people management experience.
• Experience with AI productivity tools such as Copilot, GPT-based solutions, and Stuut.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits.
• Balance sales growth with effective credit risk management.
• Negotiate credit terms, payment plans, and special arrangements with customers.
• Advise customers on financial controls and working capital solutions.
• Develop collection and credit restriction strategies for high-risk accounts.
• Manage delinquent, slow-paying, and sensitive customer accounts.
• Collect outstanding receivables in accordance with agreed payment terms.
