Job summary

Medtronic in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Credit Services leader to guide AI-enabled workloads, blending customer engagement, governance, debt collection, and process improvement to achieve service levels, cash-flow, and customer-experience objectives.

You will lead a small team, require 3–5 years in credit/collections or finance, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GPT-based solutions, and Stuut.

• Manage delinquent, slow-paying, and sensitive customer accounts.
• Collect outstanding receivables in accordance with agreed payment terms.

A Day in the Life

This role forms part of Medtronic’s future-state Credit Services operating model and leads teams working within AI-enabled workflows, combining customer engagement, operational governance, exception management, digital adoption, process improvement, and workforce development to achieve service, cash-flow, and customer-experience objectives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned

Required Knowledge and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in credit, collections, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership or people management experience.
• Understanding of workload prioritization, scheduling, coaching, and process execution.
• Broad knowledge of credit, collections, and operational best practices.
• Proficiency in AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GPT-based solutions, and Stuut.
