Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a collection specialist to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City. You will handle outgoing and incoming collection calls, inform clients about due months, due dates, and contract details, and collect overdue debts by phone while offering payment solutions.

We value excellent communication in Tagalog and English, basic computer skills, and the ability to multi-task, stay adaptable, and assertive.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills (Tagalog & English, Written & Oral)
• Must have basic computer skills
• Should be able to multi-task, highly adaptable, and assertive
• Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
• At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate

Responsibilities

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls
• Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, client duties
• Collect overdue debts via phone - suggest solutions to not paying clients and make arrangements about payments
• Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, provide accurate information
• Handle mail and other administrative activities according to needs of Early Collections Department
