Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is hiring a collections associate to handle outgoing and incoming calls, explain due dates and contract details, and arrange payment solutions for overdue accounts.

You will work in Cubao, Quezon City, using your excellent communication in Tagalog and English, with basic computer skills, and a proactive, assertive approach. Competitive monthly pay with benefits is offered.

Responsibilities

• Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls.
• Inform clients about due months, due dates and contract details.
• Collect overdue debts via phone and arrange payment solutions.
• Communicate politely, professionally and assertively with clients.
• Handle mail and administrative tasks for Early Collections.
