Job summary

Concentrix Philippines seeks a creative Digital Learning Designer to build engaging learning modules from templates and storyboards. You will ensure a consistent brand look, collaborate with SMEs and the Digital Design Team, and refine content with stakeholder sign-off.

You will write articulate scripts, record media, and maintain quality while delivering on time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe/Storyline tools is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Create professional and engaging digital learning modules from storyboard or templates.
• Maintain a consistent standardised look and feel for learner-focused content.
• Follow brand guidelines and implement them in practice.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, operation teams, and the Digital Design Team for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Training Delivery to review and update modules.
• Write clear, friendly scripts with precise grammar and tone.
• Capture and record audio/video material with appropriate devices.
• Obtain sign-off from stakeholders and integrate feedback to improve outputs.
• Communicate effectively and ensure projects are delivered on time to high standards.
