Job Summary
As a Senior Instructional Design and Learning Experience Developer you will design, develop, publish, and continuously improve high-quality digital learning experiences for the client's personnel. The contractor will apply instructional design, multimedia development, and learning technology expertise to convert complex business and technical content into engaging, accessible, measurable, and LMS-ready learning solutions.
Job Description
We are looking for a Instructional Design and Learning Experience Developer to d esign learning experiences for digital transformation, enterprise systems, and capability-building initiatives using instructional design and adult learning principles. This position will be full-time and hybird in Mandaluyong City .
What You'll Do
- Develop eLearning modules, simulations, videos, job aids, microlearning assets, and blended learning materials using approved authoring and multimedia tools
- Translate complex technical, business, and process information into clear, user-friendly, and engaging learning content for diverse client's audiences
- Configure, test, publish, maintain, and troubleshoot learning content in Cornerstone or other LMS platforms used by the client
- Ensure learning materials meet quality, accessibility, usability, branding, and the client's learning standards
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and coordinate with project teams, subject matter experts, change managers, communications specialists, and other stakeholders to support adoption and capability-building objectives
- Conduct learning needs analysis and define audiences, objectives, delivery modes, and success measures with project teams and subject matter experts
- Develop learning design documents, storyboards, scripts, course outlines, assessments, and other review-ready instructional design artifacts
- Create interactive eLearning courses and multimedia assets, including screen recordings, graphics, narration scripts, knowledge checks, simulations, and scenario-based activities
- Package, test, troubleshoot, upload, and publish eLearning content in Cornerstone or other LMS platforms, including metadata, completion criteria, assessments, and reporting requirements
- Prepare facilitator guides, participant guides, quick reference guides, FAQs, knowledge articles, and other performance support materials
- Coordinate reviews, consolidate feedback, manage version control, and apply accessibility, usability, quality assurance, and content governance standards
- Monitor learner feedback, completion results, assessment outcomes, and related metrics, and recommend improvements to learning products and delivery approaches
What You'll Need
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Learning and Development, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in instructional design, eLearning development, learning experience design, digital learning, or technology-enabled capability building
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing instructor‑led, virtual, blended, and self‑paced learning solutions, including storyboards, modules, assessments, simulations, videos, and performance support materials
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, screen recording or video editing tools, Microsoft Office, and LMS platforms such as Cornerstone
- Experience developing SCORM or xAPI‑compliant packages and testing course completion, tracking, assessment, reporting, and publishing behavior in an LMS
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, accessibility standards, usability, learning quality assurance, and content governance practices
- Strong portfolio of digital learning outputs, such as eLearning modules, storyboards, simulations, videos, job aids, microlearning assets, learner guides, or facilitator guides
- Ability to translate complex technical, business, and process content into clear, learner‑centered, engaging, and accessible learning materials
- Strong communication, client orientation, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, subject matter experts, change managers, and communications teams in a multicultural environment
