Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Learning & Development, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in instructional design, eLearning development, learning experience design, digital learning, or technology-enabled capability building
• Experience designing and developing instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning solutions with storyboards, modules, assessments, simulations, videos, and performance support materials
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, screen recording/video editing tools, Microsoft Office, and LMS platforms such as Cornerstone
• Experience developing SCORM or xAPI-compliant packages and LMS tracking, reporting, and publishing
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, accessibility standards, usability, QA, and content governance
• Strong portfolio of digital learning outputs (modules, storyboards, simulations, videos, job aids, etc.)
• Ability to translate complex content into learner-centered, accessible materials
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination in multicultural environments
• Strong understandings of instructional design approaches and methodologies

Responsibilities

• Develop eLearning modules, simulations, videos, job aids, microlearning, and blended materials using approved tools
• Translate complex content into clear, engaging learning content for diverse audiences
• Configure, test, publish, maintain, and troubleshoot content in Cornerstone or other LMS platforms
• Ensure materials meet quality, accessibility, usability, branding, and standards
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and coordinate with project teams and SMEs to support adoption
• Conduct needs analysis and define audiences, objectives, delivery modes, and success metrics
• Develop design documents, storyboards, scripts, course outlines, assessments, and other artifacts
• Create interactive eLearning courses and multimedia assets including screen recordings and scenarios
• Package and publish content in LMS platforms with metadata, criteria, assessments, and reporting
• Prepare facilitator guides, participant guides, quick references, FAQs, and knowledge articles
• Coordinate reviews, consolidate feedback, manage version control, and ensure content governance

What You'll Do

• Develop eLearning modules, simulations, videos, job aids, microlearning assets, and blended learning materials using approved authoring and multimedia tools
• Translate complex technical, business, and process information into clear, user-friendly, and engaging learning content for diverse client's audiences
• Configure, test, publish, maintain, and troubleshoot learning content in Cornerstone or other LMS platforms used by the client
• Ensure learning materials meet quality, accessibility, usability, branding, and the client's learning standards
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and coordinate with project teams, subject matter experts, change managers, communications specialists, and other stakeholders to support adoption and capability-building objectives
• Conduct learning needs analysis and define audiences, objectives, delivery modes, and success measures with project teams and subject matter experts
• Develop learning design documents, storyboards, scripts, course outlines, assessments, and other review-ready instructional design artifacts
