Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Digital Designer to develop digital training content for contact centre colleagues. You will create interactive lessons, guides, videos, animations and presentations, working within the Digital Learning Design team to deliver high-quality outputs.

You will use Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate 360 tools, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with subject matter experts and operation teams to ensure content accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create professional and engaging digital learning modules from a storyboard, template, or similar instructions.
• Maintain and work to a consistent standardized look and feel to produce effective, learner-focused content.
• Understand and follow consistency and brand guidelines and execute them successfully in practice.
• Consult key stakeholders such as subject matter experts, operation teams, Training leads and the rest of the Digital Design Team to ensure content is accurate and up to date.
• Work with the Training Delivery team to review, update and amend modules where necessary.
• Write scripts that are grammatically accurate, well-articulated and follow an instructive but friendly tone.
• Capture and record audio/video material using appropriate recording technology and devices.
• Seek and achieve sign‑off of modules and content from relevant stakeholders.
• Be skilled at reviewing, assessing, and testing content produced by both you and your peers.
• Review feedback and make accurate amendments to improve outputs.
• Communicate effectively and work positively with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards.
