Job summary

TELUS Digital Philippinesteam is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to lead the creation of comprehensive digital learning experiences. You will manage timelines, collaborate with subject matter experts, and build innovative e-learning modules to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities include needs analysis, content development across formats, and evaluating program effectiveness using adult learning theories and ADDIE/ Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Needs analysis and impact assessment (TNA) experience.
• Micro learning material creation experience.
• Proficiency with content authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise 360, Storyline 360).
• Experience editing video and audio for training (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and ADDIE/AGILE frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze stakeholder needs and define learning goals and success indicators.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to develop enablement initiatives.
• Design, develop, and deliver innovative learning content across formats.
• Measure program effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions and onboarding learning journeys.
