Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Interactions Expert to design engaging eLearning modules and produce multimedia elements. You will craft the look and feel of digital lessons, oversee development, and collaborate with LX Design, LMS, and Design teams to deliver high-quality content.

The role requires a strong portfolio in multimedia design, proficiency with Captivate/Storyline, and expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud to create compelling instructional media and interactive experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design or related field.
• Proven portfolio of eLearning projects.
• Experience with rapid authoring tools (e.g., Captivate, Storyline).
• Proficiency in image, video, and audio editing software.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning content and determine the look and feel of digital lessons.
• Coordinate with LX Design Team on interactions and media.
• Create advanced instructional media including simulations, interactive lessons, and videos.
• Manage development progress and coordinate assets with media developers.
• Collaborate with LMS and Design teams to publish content and ensure timely reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and output and lead related initiatives.
