Job summary

China Bank Group in Tagaytay City Branch is seeking a Customer Relations Assistant to help clients open and close accounts, guide them through savings and investment products, and ensure documentation is complete.

You will handle day-to-day financial transactions, assist with deposits and loan payments, and deliver excellent customer service while building lasting client relationships. Fresh graduates are welcome; onsite work in Cavite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
