Job summary

China Bank Group is seeking a Customer Relations Assistant to help clients open and close accounts, guide them through savings and investment products, and ensure all documentation and procedures are completed accurately.

You will handle day-to-day financial transactions, assist with deposits, withdrawals, bills, and loan payments, and deliver excellent customer service while building strong client relationships. Willingness to report onsite and work in the South Luzon Region Area III.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
