Job summary

China Bank Group in the Philippines is hiring a Customer Relations Assistant (CRA) to help clients open and close accounts, guide them through savings and investment products, and ensure all documentation is properly completed.

You will report onsite in Cabuyao, Laguna, undertake day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy, support deposits and withdrawals, and deliver excellent customer service while building strong client relationships. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
