Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Paralegal to support the Corporate Legal Team in day-to-day tasks, based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The role focuses on legal request systems, contract management, and regulatory filing with exposure to international offices.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and a willingness to work onsite daily. The position offers a performance bonus, comprehensive health benefits, and career mobility opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Management and administration of the LRS (Legal Request System), SAP and development of enhancements, and Sharepoint
• Document management for the Legal Compliance and External Affairs Team
• Assisting the lawyers, paralegals, and the other members of the Team
• Contracts Review and Management, Corporate Housekeeping, and preparation and filing of regulatory reports and requirements.
• Attending to queries/requests from various business units of the Company.
• Assist in the filing and handling of Litigation cases

The primary role of the Paralegal is to support the Corporate Legal Team and Corporate Lawyer in their day to day tasks.

What You’ll Do:

• Management and administration of the LRS (Legal Request System), SAP and development of enhancements, and Sharepoint


• Document management for the Legal Compliance and External Affairs Team


• Assisting the lawyers, paralegals, and the other members of the Team


• Contracts Review and Management, Corporate Housekeeping, and preparation and filing of regulatory reports and requirements.


• Attending to queries/requests from various business units of the Company.


• Assist in the filing and handling of Litigation cases

What You Need To Have:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in contracts management or other relevant experience


• Proficient in MS Office


• Willing to work onsite daily in BGC, Taguig.
