Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a seasoned specialist to ensure POS product configurations and supporting systems are accurate, stable, and continuously improved. You will audit systems, analyze issues, and drive preventive solutions across IT, product managers, and stakeholders for reliable POS loan applications.

Responsibilities include cross-system impact management, documenting dependencies, and coordinating with diverse teams to implement changes with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7+ years of experience in product support, POS systems, or technical operations.
• Experience handling system issues, audits, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

About The Job

The primary roles is to ensure the accuracy, stability, and continuous improvement of POS product configurations and supporting systems. To identify and address system, data, and process gaps through audits, issue analysis, and cross-system impact assessment. To drive preventive solutions and enable alignment across IT, Process Managers, and stakeholders for efficient and reliable POS loan applications.

What You’ll Do

• System Audit, Issue Analysis & Continuous Improvement
• Conduct audits of POS Product systems, workflows, data, and product code setup to identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies
• Analyze tickets, escalations, and complex product code setup issues to perform root cause analysis (RCA)
• Translate findings into actionable improvements and track implementation impact
• Cross-System Impact Management
• Maintain awareness of interconnected systems (Finance, CRM, Risk, IT) affecting POS and product code setup
• Assess impacts of system or setup changes on POS outputs and downstream processes
• Support testing, validation, and rollout of changes
• Process Collaboration & Optimization Support
• Partner with Product and Process Managers on system constraints and product code setup-related gaps
• Validate feasibility of process changes based on system behavior and dependencies
• Ensure alignment between documented processes and system execution via Confluence and other platforms

4. Stakeholder & Technical Coordination

• Act as escalation point for complex system and high-impact product code setup issues using Jira
• Perform product code setup for non-standard or complex cases requiring validation or design input
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on issue resolution and enhances
• Data, Reporting & Governance
• Monitor issue trends, recurring defects, and product code setup errors
• Provide insights to improve setup accuracy and reduce recurring issues
• Maintain audit-ready documentation, including setup rules and dependencies

What You Need To Have

• At least 4 to 7+ years of experience in product support, POS systems, or technical operations
• Experience handling system issues, audits, or process improvement initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and functions
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to identify trends, risks, and cross-system
