CGI in Pasig City, National Capital Region, is seeking a Corporate Banking Relationship Agent to join our customer service team. You will handle calls, provide accurate information, and deliver an excellent customer experience while receiving thorough training.

Fresh graduates with strong English communication and a customer-first mindset are welcome. Onsite work, graveyard and shifting schedules apply, with opportunities for growth and development within CGI.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Answer and manage customer calls with professionalism and empathy
• Address inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve concerns with confidence
• Deliver accurate information while following established call flows and processes
• Document and log customer interactions following quality standards
• Coordinate with higher-level support teams for concerns outside your scope
• Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment

• Senior High School (K-12) graduate or College undergraduate
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome -no BPO experience required!
• Good English communication skills
