CGI (PHILIPPINES) INC. is hiring a Corporate Banking Relationship Agent to handle customer calls and deliver excellent service. Training and tools provided, even for those new to the BPO industry. Onsite role with graveyard and shifting schedules in Mindanao area to support clients.

You will log interactions, follow call flows, and collaborate with higher-level teams while developing professional banking customer skills in a growth-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of voice account/customer service experience.
• Good English communication skills.
• Active listener with a customer-first mindset.
• Able to follow call procedures and company guidelines.
• Basic computer and internet literacy.
• Can work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage customer calls with professionalism and empathy
• Address inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve concerns with confidence
• Deliver accurate information while following established call flows and processes
• Document and log customer interactions following quality standards
