A leading IT company is looking for a Corporate Banking Relationship Agent (CSR) to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service. This position requires responsiveness to customer needs and the ability to verify and update customer records securely. Ideal applicants are fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO setting.
