Job summary

UnifyCX is seeking a Fixed Term Recruiter to join our Human Resources & Recruitment team on a contract basis. This role is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila and supports recruitment initiatives during the defined engagement period.

You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates across channels, maintain ATS records, and collaborate with hiring managers to build high-performing teams while ensuring compliance with Philippine employment laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate screening techniques.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software platforms.
• Understanding of Philippines employment legislation and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
• Screen applications and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and liaise between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS.
• Prepare job descriptions and recruitment briefs with hiring managers.
