Job summary

You will maintain records, support recruitment trackers, and collaborate with the HR team to meet hiring targets while upholding confidentiality and company policies.

Qualifications

• Recruiter background preferred.
• End-to-end onboarding experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to conduct thorough candidate screening and maintain relationships.
• Experience handling confidential information and HR records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, request and present job offers to identified candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding documents and ensure PEME/Background checks.
• Maintain and track onboarding records and 201 employee files.
• Assist in recruitment trackers and dashboards for reporting.
