The Contractor Consultants is seeking a Full-Time, remote Full-Cycle Construction Recruiter based in the Philippines to drive talent acquisition. You will headhunt and deeply vet construction talent, building robust pipelines for diverse clients from a fully remote setup.

You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, conduct rigorous phone screens, and maintain strong candidate communication to accelerate hiring and client growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
• Strong phone interviewing skills and objective evaluation of technical capabilities.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication in American English.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, fully remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive construction professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and databases.
• Build robust talent pipelines for niche trades and management roles before vacancies arise.
• Conduct rigorous phone screens and behavioral interviews to verify fit with client expectations.
• Manage multiple active requisitions and maintain clear candidate communication.
• Track interview stages and update applicant data daily to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify bottlenecks and adjust sourcing strategies in real time.
