Job summary

UnifyCX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and hire high-quality talent for contact center programs and other roles, including potential hires in the Philippines.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, develop sourcing strategies, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and manage offers and onboarding, while maintaining accurate ATS records and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in supporting high volume multi-unit recruiting.
• Experience with recruitment software platforms and ATS.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to learn new recruitment tech, analytics and AI tools.
• Strong analytical, administration and problem-solving skills.
• Protective handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Define job requirements with hiring managers to ensure accurate role specs.
• Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Screen and qualify resumes and applications for suitability.
• Conduct initial phone screens assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Administer approved tests and assessments to evaluate qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews (onsite or phone).
• Conduct interviews to evaluate competencies and qualifications.
• Make job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
• Complete hiring paperwork and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
