Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter in the Philippines to manage end-to-end recruitment for contract and temporary placements. You’ll partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver effective staffing solutions.

You will source, interview, and shortlist candidates across platforms, and coordinate onboarding and contract administration for deployed staff. A people-driven mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline, HR or business-related fields preferred.
• Passion for people and interest in recruitment or HR consulting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
